Keeping Seniors Cyber Safe

Technology usage is growing rapidly, but so is the rate of cybercrime. Our goal is to mitigate these negative effects by educating kūpuna* about safe cybersecurity practices through our comprehensive, easily accessible, and completely free content.

THE COURSE

CyberSafety 101 is a self-paced course designed to teach kūpuna about the basics of cybersecurity. The nine-lesson curriculum is complete with quizzes, activities, and resources created in collaboration with Jodi Ito, the Chief Information Security Officer for the University of Hawaii. Best of all, CyberSafety 101 is completely free!
